Multi-award winning repairs and maintenance provider

Upkeep Training is a multi-award winning specialist repairs and maintenance training provider offering Upkeep Training and ABBE accredited qualifications and short courses. If you work in social housing, property management or facilities management we will help you develop the knowledge and skills you need to make your property, their home.

With this ethos comes the commitment to support the sector to raise standards and comply with the expectations of the government as set out in the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 and Awaab’s Law. We do this by offering Upkeep Training qualifications at levels 3, 4 and 5 alongside courses on condensation damp & mould, customer service, disrepair and HHSRS.

These specially designed courses and qualifications benefit learners of all ages and backgrounds, including people working in construction and housing in technical and non-technical roles. We were delivering courses via virtual classrooms before the Covid-19 pandemic required a shift in employers’ approach to work and learning and have been delighted to refine this further over the last couple of years. We have an impressive track record of offering courses via Zoom, with our expert trainers using the best of the virtual facilities available. This makes the best use of your staff time in not having to travel to a venue and gives you and their comfort in personal safety.
