Course overview

The Housing Regulator is going to introduce a requirement to inspect every home, every year. Start preparing now by training all your visiting staff in how to make and record an inspection.

During this one-day course, staff will learn effective questioning techniques, how to identify common defects, record and report issues, structure the home inspection process, and ensure good practice in health and safety is followed.

By taking the course online, you are able to reduce travel time and costs while still having all the benefits of the training. All course documents are emailed to you for download and numbers remain limited so that we can still allow interaction between and amongst trainers and attendees. They are also structured for comfort and refreshment breaks.
