Our short courses are 1-2 day, practical programmes focused on specific topics such as: damp and mould, disrepair and housing standards. They’re ideal for refreshing knowledge, addressing emerging issues and supporting staff who don’t need a full qualification yet, or as a stepping stone towards one.

Short courses can support your overall Competence and Conduct plan by building confidence and awareness, but they do not replace formal qualifications where these are required by the regulator. We can help you decide when a short course is appropriate and when a qualification is needed instead.
